Roast Pork Sandwich

Serves 1


2 slices of Abbott’s Village Bakery® Toasted Soy, Chickpea & Quinoa Bread

4 slices of roast pork, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon apple sauce

30g sundried tomatoes

40g Spinach


  1. Spread Apple sauce on one side of bread
  2. Layer roast pork, sundried tomatoes and spinach on top of the apple sauce
  3. Top with second slice and cut bread in half
  4. Cut sandwich in half and enjoy!
