Pesto, Semi-Dried Tomato & Bocconcini Gluten Free Sandwich

Ingredients

2 slices of Abbott’s Village Bakery® Gluten Free Soy & Linseed bread

20g semi dried tomatoes

30g bocconcini, drained, sliced

1 tbsp basil pesto

3-4 basil leaves

Method

  1. Spread pesto over bread.
  2. Top with semi-dried tomatoes and bocconcini.
  3. Sprinkle with basil leaves. Enjoy!
