Mozzarella and Prosciutto Sandwich

Serves 1


2 slices Abbott’s Village Bakery® Harvest Seeds & Grains

30g thinly sliced mozzarella cheese

50g thinly sliced prosciutto

4 large fresh basil leaves

1 tomato, sliced

Garlic Mayo Dressing

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1/2 garlic clove, pressed

½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil



  1. Whisk mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil in small bowl to blend, season with pepper
  2. Layer prosciutto, mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil over bottom slice of bread
  3. Drizzle lightly with dressing, then sprinkle with pepper
  4. Press top of bread on the sandwich, enjoy!
